Bug Description
If a book is already on device, asking for confirmation when the user clicks 'Send to Device' could prevent mishaps (such as it wiping out reading position/
The prompt can be disabled for people who frequently re-send books to device.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
