Bug Description
Calibre 6.17: In the MDE, the 'paste' button has a slightly incorrect tooltip. It only mentions url: or isbn: even though pasting other URLs (usually) converts it to the appropriate id.
Additionally: The right-click menu doesn't show plugin ids such as goodreads, even though they (usually) paste if you left-click the button.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
