The editor doesn't work on windows 10

Bug Description

The last version, calibre-64bit-6.14.1, was working ok, but suddenly it doensn't work any more on windows 10 for editions, I had to install calibre-64bit-1.48.0. Reading and converting are ok.

Presumably some softwar eon your system is interfering with it. Try
rebooting in safe mode and see if it works.
