Bug Description
On MacOS 13.2.1 (intel) with Calibre version > 6.11
when using the TABLE OF CONTENT EDITOR:
If one click on any "New entry ..." button, a new window appears with a list of target files,
but ONE IS UNABLE TO SELECT ANY FILE, nor to click on any button of the window,
getting a beep instead.
The only way out is by hitting the Escape key twice to get out of the menu editor.
While Calibre versions up to and including 6.11 work fine, version 6.12 & 6.13 consistently have this problem, including on a fresh installation of Calibre on a computer that (to my knowledge) never had Calibre installed before.
