font display is broken after latest upgrade on my machine

Bug Description

After I restarted, the display in the ebook reader looked like early ebooks created from photocopied pages, as per the attached image

Update to windows 11 or just resize the viewer window a little
after starting it.

Thank you, Kovid ~ resizing worked.
Lots of us are not going to trade in our kit for the next several years meaning windows 11 is not an option - so maybe consider an FAQ para that can be picked up when others look to raise it as a bug report?
