How to reproduce.
Open a book --> start the "Read aloud" feature --> Close it --> Restart the "Read aloud" feature.
You will see the tool box to configure the text-to-speech reader has vanished and you cannot even control the location to start by pointing and clicking at a new line. |
This bug is endemic to the new 6.12 version only, as far as I can tell. I have switched back to 6.11 and that version does not have this bug.
How to reproduce:
Open a book --> start the "Read aloud" feature --> Close it --> Restart the "Read aloud" feature.
You will see the tool box to configure the text-to-speech reader has vanished and you cannot even control the location to start by pointing and clicking at a new line. |
