color frame in edit metadata

For red-green color blind people, the red-green (false/OK) color border around the title_sort/author_sort fields in edit medadata is not helpful.
For such it would be helpful to use a different identifier.
Eg background white for OK, transparent red for wrong

Any use of colors will not work for people that are color blind in those
colors. And those indicators used to be backgrounds but were changed for
other reasons.

Red-blue or red-yellow or green-blue or green-yellow is seen different
by color blind people.
Their problem is red-green or yellow-blue.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
