Bug Description
The Calibre Viewer now is not entering fullscreen automatically.
Setting: Page Layout ==> When opening a book enter fullscreen = Always
Tested on Android: Chrome and Firefox (latest): On homepage of Calibre Viewer, hit a book to continue reading ==> not on fullscreen mode. From the library, it READ button ==> fullscreen mode
Additional request: Enter fullscreen mode automatically for the Home page
(manually entering fullscreen still works)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
