Pictures are missing when converting from Epub to Azw3

I attached the epub.

In this file there are picures missing, for example all the maps (see table of contents -> maps)

Also at least the first picture is missing (see "list of illustrations")

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
