Custom yes/no columns duplicated after edit in grid

Bug Description
When custom yes/no column is edited in grid yes/no icons are duplicated.
Check attached screenshot after edit custom yes/no in grid.
Custom columns on screenshot are named OK and Yes/No.
It is latest portable Calibre version 6.7.1
Reverted to 6.7.0 -> still happening
Used calibre default library (one that comes with calibre), created new yes/no column - > working fine
I guess that something is messed with my Library. Is there any way to fix this?
