Export Library Hangs if there is a full-text-search.db file in library

v 6.3 w/Full text Search enabled/indexing run - Exporting a library's data hangs and you can no longer perform any library exports that have had text search indexing done. Manually deleting the full-text-search.db file from a library's directory once again allows an export of the library.

Doesn't hang for me, its just slow because fts dbs are large. Are you
sure it is hanging for you?

Positive. The search index db file is large (18 gig) as it is a large library, BTW. I waited over 90 minutes and no percentage shows on the export progress window, just as the screenshot shows. When I hit cancel finally, nothing happens and that hangs, too. Yes, small indexed full text search libraries work okay, but not very large ones.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
