Bug Description
If a book has no existing OPF file I expected that the 'calibredb backup_metadata' command would create one.
That doesn't seem to be true, even if the -all option is used.
I've not used the command before, so I might be using incorrectly.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
