No automatic name for bookmark in web viewer

Bug Description
When I set a bookmark in the ebook viewer on desktop the name will be pre-filled with title (?) name (from table of content), like "Chapter 1 #"
When I try the same in the web viewer it is only "Bookmark #".
I would like to have the same naming method from the desktop in the web version. Thanks!

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
