[Content Server] Margin colors not matching body background colors

Bug Description

This happens to dark schemes when the system is on day mode, and to bright scheme when the system is on night mode.

The margin colors are at default.

It worked before, at least in the version 5.

(Now 6.2.1)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
