Bug Description
Calibre 6.2.1
I have several text columns that are hidden in the tag browser (e.g. Kobo bookmarks, original filename, so forth). However, they still show up in the left pane when managing user categories, making it a lot harder to find things without filtering.
If possible, perhaps an option to hide them (a checkbox with 'show items hidden in tag browser') would be helpful here. Preferably it would retain items in the right column.
