Bug Description

When using the CALIBRE_NO_NATIVE_FILEDIALOGS environment variable, some icons ("Detail view" and "List view") in Qt dialog files are incorrect because it uses the "view.png" calibre icon. Also, that this the same icon share by 2 normaly distinct buttons.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
