Bug Description
In Manage Authors, the Copy from Author to Author Sort (individually) causes Calibre to Crash. It's been like this since the new update. I've even restarted my laptop a few times to see if that may be the problem. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled Calibre x64. Still Calibre still crashes when I use the Copy from Author to Author Sort. I'm using Windows 10.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
