Feature request: additional display options for custom yes/no column

Bug Description

There are no options to control the display/alignment of custom Yes/No type columns. The icons would look better centred in the column, but there are no alignment options. It would also be good to able to display the text Yes/No in some cases rather than the icon.

This is not worth the effort for me personally. If some one else wants to implement it, I will be happy to supply any needed guidance. If so, re-open the ticket and we can discuss it.

@kovid: If you are ok with it then I can add options (checkboxes) in create_custom_column to display either or both of the icon and text in the booklist. I am not going to try to align the icon because Qt handles that.
