Bug Description
Calibre 5.41 (x64, run from source)
With the addition of the coloured pins, there doesn't seem to be any way of checking what the text is short of using the template tester or a composite column. I believe a tooltip on the row numbers would be accessible enough.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
