Bug Description
This is related to #1881696 a bit.
The request is to make it more obvious to the user about the cover bug issue when uploading books to a Kindle, providing the short 3-step solution and a link to the FAQ entry.
Of course, this is rather low priority but questions about this come up quite often in various forums and discussions - might help reduce some headache for everyone.
I don't mind creating a PR myself to implement this, although I'd appreciate some pointers on where this could be best implemented (which file/function) and any pertinent calls to create a popup.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
