Bug Description

When I copy a book containing many highlights to other library, all highlights are missing and couldn't be found or resumed.

What format is this book in? And have you disabled storage ofhighlights
inside the book in the viewer preferences?

So sorry that I didn't tick the box for ""Keep a copy of annotations/bookmarks in the e-book file, for easy sharing".

[I thought it was for "Sync bookmarks/highlights with Content server user" :) ]

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
