[Enhancement} Use a different color for current cell in Win10 Dark mode

Bug Description

I sometimes find the current cell in windows dark made hard to see.

In the attached image the Publisher cell in line 3 is current, would be better if it was in a lighter shade of blue - Qt permitting.

Will the change effect all spreadsheet-like lists, e.g. the Reports tool in the editor.

In the Manage Category (Author, Tags, Publisher etc) lists, only the current cell is 'high-lighted', not the whole row, and non-editable cells are 'low-lighted' - I like this variant ;)

It depends on whether the list currently uses highlighting for the
current cell or not. If it does it will apply, if it doesn't, it wont.

Thats because IIRC, in that table there is no operation you apply to the
entire row. So there is no point selecting by "row".
