Bug Description

Please, make it possible to memorize position and size of the Image windows in E-book Viewer after new restart of Calibre.

calibre does not control window positioning, that is up to the window
manager. As for size, sure I can have it remember the alst used size.

In fact, the size is already remembered

After restart of Calibre (not only E-book viewer), the size and position of the Image window remain in default despite they were changed last time.

Here is an example video.
Also, I can't understand why E-book viewer opens in background after double clicking on a book in Calibre.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
