Format present in metadata, but missing file: clicking on format to open e-book reader does nothing

Bug Description
I clicked on the epub format for a book and nothing happened. It took me a while to realize that Calibre thinks the format is there, but the actual file is missing.
I would think there should be at leat a dialogue reporting this fact. this is what I am reporting as a bug, or perhaps an enhancement request.
Why the formats are missing ... I have no idea. This seems to be the case for a alrge number of books. Don't know how many, because Check Library does not report this, just gives the list (would be nice if it also hade these stats). For these books, ALL the formats disapeared---no idea why. This is a rether large libary of over 16,000 books.
They were still there on January 1st ... I can see them in a drive backup I have from then, so I should be able to restore (I guess by genrating a PowerShell script from the lists provided by Check Library.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
