Bug Description
Provide equivalent *functionality" in the search/selection dialogues for Advanced Search->Date, and the Column Colour/Icon rules for date columns .
E.G
provide 'is set' and 'is not set' in Advanced Search,
use 'is earlier/later than' rather than 'is less/greater than'
provide a 'Today' option in column colour/icon rules
