MOBI reader loads TAGX from wrong offset

Bug Description
The TAGX block always follows the INDX header immediately. The offset in the INDX header that looks like it provides the offset of the TAGX block has some other unknown purpose.
I've attached an example where I've modified the INDX header. Kindle for PC opens the file; Calibre cannot.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
