Hello,
from what I can tell, there is nothing in the spec that says how to specify additional titles. I have various EPUBs, that may be as such, secondary titles might be:

<meta refines=
Could there possibly some type of smart parsing, e.g., if a secondary title metadata contains "subtitle', "sub-title", etc., the imported title is "title1: subtitle"? That sure would significantly help for a significant portion of academic titles.
