[Enhancement] Select sortable columns in a separate window

Bug Description

When you select sortable columns, it would be much easier if it was done in a separate window because then you could select several instead of clicking the Sort button in the search field for each column.

By clicking on the Sort button in the Search bar that is visible when you are using the Cover view in calibre

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
