Bug Description
Currently, when a url not matching existing identifiers is on the clipboard, using the "paste identifier" button results in an invalid ISBN dialog, which doesn't feel intended.
Thankfully holding down on the button and selecting "url" works, but it'd be a bit more consistent if a string that began with http/https and did not match other identifiers pasted as a url.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
