[Enhancement] Single-clicking open book in Cover browser

Double-click is used to open a book in all views, but in the Cover view single-clicking opens a book. I always double-click because I'm used to it and then the book opens twice in the Cover view. Please make double-clicking the standard to open a book in all views.

It only makes sense to use double click to open when single click is
used for selection.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
