zeroconf dep only works on zeroconf versions less than 0.32

Bug Description

zeroconf has updated and they got rid of some constants you were using so now calibre doesn't launch.

The change occurred going from zeroconf 0.31 => zeroconf 0.32.

As is noted in sources.json, calibre currently requires zerconf 0.31 if
and when I port the relevant code to zeroconf > 0.31 that file will be
changed.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
