Bug Description
With Calibre 5.19 for Mac OS X, edits and changes made to the Table of Contents via the TOC Editor do not save; it simply reverts to the table of contents as it was before any edits were made.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
