Bug Description
Somewhat related: bug #1913638
Currently, Review Metadata shows the covers small. Several times this has resulted in me replacing a crisp cover with one that turned out to be an upscaled blurry mess that wasn't obvious in the thumbnail. Being able to double-click/right click the cover to see its full size would help with this.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
