[Enhancement] E-book viewer: new mouse actions for the View image window

Bug Description
1. Perhaps click-and-dragging in the View image window in case it's too small to display the whole image (see the attached picture) should change the mouse pointer to "hand" and scroll the view: aiming at the vertical and horizontal scroll bars (outlined in red in the picture) and dragging them is rather a slow and awkward process.
2. Double-clicking on the image should perhaps close the View image window, since double-clicking on the image in the book opens it.
Calibre version: 5.16,
OS: Windows 10 Home 1803.
P.S. Please don't mind "Fit image" being outlined in blue in the attached picture, it has to do with a previous edition of this message and I didn't want to confuse people reading it by cluttering the thread with another attachment.
