Bug Description
Calibre 5.14* (x64, run from source)
I make a lot of use of the Sort By toolbar button to sort by columns not currently visible. However there's a handful of columns that I never need to actually sort by that push the list to a second page.
If not difficult to implement, a tweak to hide them from just this menu would be helpful.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
