1. Open the attached file, "glossary.chm", (that's a glossary of nautical terms in Russian) in the viewer.
2. The viewer reports an error (username edited out):

The MS-Windows HTML Help executable program, "hh.exe", opens the file without issues.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

I had a similar mistake with the Harriet Tubman material I collected for my paper. I found a large long-read and downloaded it for myself to read in my spare time, but I couldn't open it via E-book, and I needed it pretty urgently. I was writing my essay about her and her history and due to time constraints I took examples from https://gradesfixer.com/free-essay-examples/harriet-tubman/ and modified them a bit to suit me. But since everything is fixed I can safely take such articles to read them via E-book at any time, regardless of the Internet. I am glad that it was done.
