Bug Description

Sometimes it's useful to see how a template works on books with different metadata. Currently this requires closing the tester, clicking on the next book, and re-opening the tester. A button or shortcut to move to the next/last book in the list (or being able to click on the list in the background) would be useful for that.

Instead of next/last, the template tester now shows the template values for the selected books. Also now remembers geometry

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

By geometry I mean the size/shape of the dialog box as well as the column size of the new results table.
