Converting PDF-->EPUB produces non-compliant IDs

Bug Description

After calibre-converting some PDF file to EPUB and calibre syntax checking an error was determined: "<h3 id="2013" ...>" ( id value may not begin with a digit ).
Improvement proposal: by converting insert a prefix "a" if digit.
If such behavior is not the best solution in all cases, it could be made switchable to "disable" in settings.

It's not an error it's a warning. I think these days pretty much all
devices support arbitrary ids, so it can be ignored. Or you can just
have the editor auto-fix it for you if you care.

The numeric ids come from pdftohtml, so this should be fixed there, if
at all. Otherwise its just extra work calibre has to do during
conversion to remap ids, for very dubious benefit.

Actually, on second thoughts this may be do-able fairly easily, attach
an example PDF showing the issue.
