Bug Description
Can a dev make it so that the Calibre Viewer defaults the table of contents to the current chapter instead of the beginning chapter?
It would be nice to be able to reference which chapter I am currently reading without doing the following:
1. Scrolling down through hundreds/thousands of chapters to find the bold text for the current chapter
2. Scrolling to the chapter title and losing the current reading position within the chapter to see the chapter title

Calibre Version: 5.11
OS: Windows 10 LTSC

While I can certainly have the ToC scroll to the current node when first
opened, if you need to see what chapter you are in on a regular basis,
add it to the headers or fotters in the viewer preferences.
