Cannot drag text selection handle on iOS touch screen devices

calibre version: calibre 5.10
OS version: running calibre in a Docker container (ghcr.io/linuxserver/calibre image) with the host OS being Ubuntu 18.04 bionic
Device/browser: I repro-ed this issue on an iPhone and 2 iPads, with both the builtin Safari browsers and the Google Chrome browser.

To repro:

1. Run calibre-server: `/opt/calibre/calibre-server /config/library --port 8081 --userdb /config/.config/calibre/server-users.sqlite --enable-auth`
2. Open a book with the content-server builtin reader.
3. Long press on some text, see the two selection handles (the ones from the Calibre app, not from the OS/browser) appear around a word. Try to drag a handle to select more words, however the dragged handle snaps back as soon as I release it.

I saw https://bugs.launchpad.net/calibre/+bug/1913849, however this issue seems different since the selection handles do appear when I long-press.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
