Bug Description

I love the new calibre:// links, which make it much easier to link my annotations with external notes! However, it seems that all we can do to access location URLs is right click in the viewer, click Go to, click Location, then click the Copy button for the URL for this position item. It is possible that there is a keyboard shortcut, but I haven't found it. Moreover, it only creates a URL that links to wherever is the top-line in the viewer rather than be able to find specific parts within that text that is in view.

So, my suggestion is two-fold:
1. Be able to right-click on an annotation in the annotation browser and copy its URL location to the clipboard
and
2. have a button in the popup bar to do the same for any selected text/highlight.

I hope I'm clear! Thanks!
