[enhancement] Catagories TO partition

Please either turn the space to type in the list of columns not to be partitioned into a drop-down of available columns such as the heirarchal list, or allow users to set columns that are to always be partitioned.

Having to keep a list of old, outdated columns because we have to keep typing in their names so they won't be partitioned, and then later either change their names or delete them is more work then just saying "don't partition series, publisher, authors"

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
