Bug Description

Adding a button to the emblem/column icons rules editor that opens the cc_icons folder would make it easier to access the icons in case of needed modifications (e.g. inverting colours, missing transparency) or delete unneeded ones.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
