Bug Description
Calibre 5.8.1 (x64)
Duplicating a rule in column icons causes a strange UI glitch where the duplicated rule appears to overwrite the next item in the list, although it's merely a visual glitch and the "overwritten" rules re-appear if saved and re-loaded.
It may be related to the icon modifying the same columns. I've attached export files for replication purposes - look for the #onkobo entries.
