Enhancement Request: Quickview: Dropdown menu for all selectable columns

When using quickview, there's no way to select a currently hidden column without unhiding it. (Also, trying to guess which columns are actually selectable can be tricky: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?p=4073287)

My idea would be to add a dropdown menu to the "Item: Column (column)" header (or just below the item selector) with all the selectable columns available.

There are two problems reported here.

1) tags-like composite columns "shown in the tag browser" are not considered categories in quickview. I will fix this.

2) It seems you want some way to show hidden columns in the left-hand quickview pane. This isn't something I want to do, primarily because quickview believes that the key for left hand item can be found in the right-hand table. Changing that is too much work.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
