Enhancement Request: Rules editor: Match any condition

In the emblem/column colouring/column icon rules, currently the basic rules only apply if ALL of the conditions are met.

I have several single-condition rules that apply the same icon in the same column. If there was a way to set a rule to match any condition (OR instead of AND) these could be merged together without delving into the advanced rule editor/templates.

If this is too much work, could a "duplicate rule" button be added? It would help when setting up the near-duplicate ones.

Also, is there a collective name for emblems/column colouring/column icon rules? It's a bit long to type.

Added the ability to duplicate a rule

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
