Bug Description

I use calibre version 5.5.0 in Win10.

I love to use calibre viewer to read ebook.
Now we can hightlight and write annotations
to it, but when write an annotation I can not find the
way to switch my input method to Chinese.

This is a limitation of Qt WebEngine, input methods are not supported by
it. You can work around it by opening the highlights panel in the viewer
and editing the note there, using the "Edit notes" link, which uses a
normal Qt control, for which IME should work. Note that to see this link
you have to enter some dummy notes in the main interface.

And in the next release, I have added the edit notes action to the right
click menu of the highlight panel, so no need for dummy note. Just right
click the highlight and choose Edit notes.
