Calibre installer makes an extra library folder

This perhaps only happens on non-English versions of the OS.

1. Uninstall Calibre if it's installed, remove all the files and settings.
2. Install Calibre from the *.msi file.
3. Choose "English" from the drop down menu (underlined in red in the attached image), click "Next" (it's "Далее" in the attached image), continue with the installation till it finishes.
4. Along with the "C:\Users\<user_name>\Calibre Library" folder the Installer makes an empty folder circled in blue in the attached image (username pixelated).

Calibre version: 5.4.2,
OS: Windows 10 Home 1803.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
