[Enhancement] Add ability to copy tag, publisher and author in Book details panel by right-clicking

Please make it possible to copy a tag, publisher and author by right-clicking on it in the Book details panel and choosing Copy tag or Copy author.

That is much harder to do, especially when you have a lot of tags.

true, but adding lots of items to context menus also makes them harder
to use. There is already a copy action in those menus.

It is already possible to copy identifiers and paths. I think Charles did a very smart thing to make the context menu less crowded by adding a submenu to the copy operation.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
