XML catalog misses languages element

Bug Description
The languages field is never exported to the XML catalog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a catalog.
2. Select XML.
3. Mark the languages checkbox and press OK.
4. Check the generated catalog and notice the missing languages element.
Version: 5.3 (on Arch Linux)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
